These terms and conditions (“Conditions”) apply to each person who registers as an “investor” on the ‘Probate-tradebit Investment’ website at www.probate-tradebit.com (the “Probate-tradebit Investment”) as part of considering and/or effecting debt investments to the businesses raising funds (“Issuers") that are listed on the Probate-tradebit Investment (each such person an “Investor”).

The Affiliate Program is only available to the Company's clients. The Affiliate Program's terms and conditions may be changed by the Company at any time and without notice. The Client can use his referral commission to make a deposit from his account balance. The referrer's (Client's) account balance is automatically credited with referral commission in the currency of the e-payment method used by the referral to make a deposit.
These Conditions create legally binding obligations which, once accepted by the Investor, form a Contract, which can be relied upon and enforced by the Company and/or its advisors. Each Issuer shall also be entitled to rely on these Conditions and enforce them as if they were a party to the Contract. The Contract is binding upon the Investor and his successors and assignees. The Investor agrees that the opportunity to invest funds via the probate-tradebit Platform is adequate consideration for this Contract.
probate-tradebit does not provide any data on commercial, financial or any other activities of its clients to any financial, supervisory or tax authorities, regardless of the circumstances. The following are exceptions: • If the court demands that information on commercial, financial and any other activity of our client be provided to it; • Provision of information on the commercial, financial or any other activities of our clients is agreed directly with the client and the appropriate explicit and unambiguous consent obtained from him. • Provision of certain statistical information, whose analysis (and the resulting consequences arising out of it) cannot be used by third parties to influence this privacy policy. Real client data (full name, address, country of residence, and other data) are not subject to disclosure. In order to strengthen confidentiality procedures, the client is allowed to use a fictitious name (username) when registering. We also recommend the use of electronic payment systems that make it difficult for third parties to identify the client. Safety is never too much, and that’s why we are constantly improving our services to enhance privacy as well.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Conditions prevail over any inconsistent terms or conditions contained, or referred to, in any correspondence between an Investor and the Company, on the Probate-tradebit Investment, or implied by law, trade custom, practice or course of dealing. No terms or conditions delivered with or contained in an Investor’s correspondence with the Company shall form part of the Contract and the Investor waives any right which it otherwise might have to rely on such terms and conditions. The headings in bold in these Conditions shall not form part of the Contract, are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
By accepting these Conditions, the Investor acknowledges that the Investor has read, understood and agreed to in full and without qualification the Privacy, Cookie and Data Use Policy.

The Contract created when the Investor accepts these Conditions shall terminate automatically when the Investor ceases to be registered on the probate-tradebit Platform as an investor for any reason. Notwithstanding such termination of Contract, these Conditions shall remain enforceable by the Company, its advisers and/or an Issuer.
All design, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and video clips, their selection and further placement, and all software on the Sites belong to Copyright by platinum-capital.ltd. platinum-capital.ltd is the exclusive owner of all content on Sites. Therefore, its compilation is protected by international copyright laws.
